Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Refumbus purchase. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds and how to request one.

Workflow Purchases

Due to the digital nature of our workflow products, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or activated the workflow
  • Technical issues that prevent the workflow from functioning as described and cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Duplicate purchases made in error

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are prorated for the unused portion of the current billing period
  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days of initial purchase

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Workflows that have been downloaded and activated
  • Custom development or consulting services once work has begun
  • Services rendered as part of an engagement track

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@refumbus.com
  2. Include your order reference number
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request
  4. We will respond within 2 business days

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
